In 2018, the principals of Aerial Titans, Inc. reached out to Graham Commercial Contractors, LLC with the concept of constructing their new office/warehouse to primarily be used as an automotive shop in Cartersville, GA. With a dream and a few of their own drawings in hand, the relationship of the two firms began. GCC began the design build process by assisting in the land acquisition, aligning an architect to prepare renderings, and securing a civil engineer. With a plan in place, the project began.
Exterior
With Aerial Titans being on of the largest equipment dealers in North America, GCC saw the need for a heavy duty gravel parking lot. We used Geo Matting and multiple sizes/layers of gravel to achieve a bulletproof driving surface.
Also outside, we installed a loading dock pit and an exterior wash bay for their equipment which is housed under a 1,680 square foot covered canopy.

Interior: Office Space
Moving to the interior of the building, we completed 3,500 square foot of office space and a lobby for the administrative portion of the business.

Interior: Automotive Shop
Inside of the 8,400 square foot shop space includes high polished concrete floors, a high velocity low speed ceiling fan, and trench floor drains.
Summary
In the end, our client was very pleased to see their dream go from sketches on a notepad to a high quality, pre-engineered metal building, commercial automotive shop. This was a complete turn key job for the site and building construction.
