In 2017 Coosa Valley Credit Union hired Graham Commercial Contractors to construct a new retail location for us to be located in West Cartersville. Throughout this process, their entire team was excellent. We consistently received clear communication as to what was happening on the project and the billing was detailed and accurate. Even more impressive, Dennis and Jeremy Graham, helped us uncover money saving options throughout the process, and this resulted in us completing the project under budget. We were so impressed with Graham Commercial Contractors, that we have once again hired them to construct another new location in Rome, Georgia. I met with Jeremy and Dennis Graham on several occasions prior to making the decision to hire them.  I have never been involved in a commercial construction project of any size and I knew I needed someone I could depend on and trust.  This was my project and my money, and I didn’t have a clue to what I was getting into.

Graham Commercial Contractors worked with myself and the Aerial Titans, Inc. team from concept to completion on our new facility in Cartersville. We came to GCC with a dream and a few drawings. Jeremy and Dennis walked us through each process – suggesting multiple partners for the purchase of property, financing, blueprint renderings, and suppliers of equipment. Our build came in on time and on budget. We’re already in discussions with GCC on our next project!

In 2018 I hired Graham Commercial Contractors to construct self-storage buildings on our site.  As a private owner, I greatly appreciated the attention to detail that Jeremy and his staff provided.  Construction was timely and efficient.  I subsequently continued to add to their job load during the process.  Their industry knowledge and relationships are illustrated in their performance.  I’m quite positive Graham Commercial Contractors will handle our expansion in the future.

In 2017 I chose Graham Commercial Contractors to construct a new site/facility for my portable restroom business, Johnny on the Spot, Inc. The Grahams met with me and immediately began familiarizing themselves with my industry.
