Construction Management Services:
Planning, scheduling, and estimating
Determining your project’s parameters and budget
Suggesting alternative materials, products, and systems/methods to reduce cost
Bidding, selecting, coordinating, and aligning all sub-contractors
To include but not limited to: grading, concrete, plumbing, electrical, building erection, framing, sheetrock, painting, masonry, flooring data/security, fencing, roofing, asphalt, etc.
Facilitating the purchase and delivery of all materials
Acting as a liason between the project and the City/County
Scheduling inspections as needed
